F.S. 381.0018381.0018 Application for and acceptance of gifts or grants.—The department may apply for and accept any funds, grants, gifts, or services made available to it by any agency or department of the Federal Government or any other agency or private individual in aid of any present or future health program undertaken, maintained, or proposed.
