F.S. 608.702 Florida Statute Attorney - Jacksonville, FL1608.702 Certificates and certified copies to be received in evidence.—All certificates issued by the Department of State in accordance with this chapter, and all copies of records filed in the Department of State in accordance with this chapter when certified by the Department of State, shall be taken and received in all courts, public offices, and official bodies as prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated. A certificate under the seal of the Department of State, as to the existence or nonexistence of the facts relating to a limited liability company or foreign limited liability company, shall be taken and received in all courts, public offices, and official bodies as prima facie evidence of the existence or nonexistence of the facts therein stated.History.—s. 1, ch. 99-315; s. 5, ch. 2013-180. 1Note.—Repealed January 1, 2015, by s. 5, ch. 2013-180.
