39.9057 Unlawful disclosure of certified domestic violence center location; penalties.Any person who maliciously publishes, disseminates, or discloses any descriptive information or image that may identify the location of a domestic violence center certified under s. 39.905 or who otherwise maliciously discloses the location of a center commits a:
(1) Misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(2) Felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084, upon a second or subsequent conviction.
