F.S. 380.0669380.0669 State and local government liability on bonds.—The bonds of the land authority shall not be a debt of the state or of any local government other than the land authority, and neither the state nor any local government other than the land authority shall be liable thereon. Except for revenues specifically designated by this act for use by the land authority, the land authority shall not have the power to pledge the credit, the revenues, or the taxing power of the state or of any local government; and except as provided in this act neither the credit, the revenues, nor the taxing power of the state or of any local government shall be, or shall be deemed to be, pledged to the payment of any bonds of the land authority.History.—s. 1, ch. 86-170; s. 8, ch. 88-164.
