425.28 Fees.The Department of State shall charge and collect for:
(1) Filing articles of incorporation, $17.50;
(2) Filing articles of amendment, $8.75;
(3) Filing articles of consolidation or merger, $8.75;
(4) Filing articles of conversion, $8.75;
(5) Filing certificate of election to dissolve, $8.75;
(6) Filing articles of dissolution, $8.75;
(7) Filing certificate of change of principal office, $3.50;
(8) Filing certified copy of charter or articles of incorporation of foreign corporation pursuant to s. 425.27, $17.50.
